Kit includes 13 silver foil letter balloons that spell “Happy Birthday”, 1 plastic straw for inflation and 1 piece of white curling ribbon measuring 4 metres.

Balloons measure 35.5cm when inflated, banner stretches up to 4 metres long when assembled.

Simply air fill these balloons with the straw included and thread them onto the ribbon provided for a fabulous feature banner. Banner can then be hung from the ceiling, outdoor area, along a wall or across a window.
