Delivery dates or times indicated by us on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date. Over 90% of orders will be delivered early or within the estimated time frame, however carrier delays can occur and, therefore, your nonreceipt of ordered goods within the estimated delivery time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or receive an immediate refund. If needed, late parcels can be returned for a refund under our change of mind.

Orders are sent via either Australia Post, The tracking number can be found in the shipment email you receive once the order has been dispatched.

We aim for first time delivery. If you work, have gated access to your property or you live in a unit complex, please consider entering a work or relatives address so the parcel can be delivered without incident. For Australia Post deliveries within Australia, their E-Parcel service may give you the option to request the parcel be left without a signature. If you exercise this option it is at your risk and any parcels showing as delivered will not be replaced or refunded if non-delivery is claimed. You also assume all risk and take into account additional days for delivery for any address changes or redirection of deliveries that you initiate through the Australia Post parcel delivery notification service.

Pick Up At Store by You / Click and Collect

  • Pickup your order from Belmore Store during our opening hours. Click here for location and opening hours.
  • Our refund policy allows a full refund when you inspect your order in most cases when selecting this shipping option however see our Refund Policy for more details.
  • No Shipping or Handling Charges
  • Once your order is ready, we will contact you to let you know that it is ready to be picked up.
  • Allow at least 2 working days and call us before coming to our store if we haven’t called you to advise your order is ready.
  • You will be required to sign to confirm you have received the parcel
  • Ensure you have your order collection notification (on your phone is fine)
  • You must bring photo ID with you and you must be the person named on the order or the person advised as the party picking up the order in the order comments.
  • Family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Please email confirming the details of the person collecting your order. They can collect your order providing they have:
    • A copy of the order collection notification
    • Photo ID that matches the details on the email sent by you

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. If you feel that you have not received the item that you have ordered, we will gladly exchange the item. Items are to be returned unopened in their original packaging. We will offer a refund if in the rare chance the product is damaged or faulty (excluding balloon decorating). You will need to provide a photo via email or bring/send the item back into the store within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you contact us after this time. Returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted on sale items. A purchase of an item on sale is final.

Balloons that are damaged or destroyed in our care are replaced at our cost. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred for balloons that have been damaged or destroyed during or after they are in your care or your venue’s care.

Balloon decorating that is cancelled within 7 days of the job date will incur a 20% cancellation fee as we will have purchased stock and blocked out a period of time to deliver the decor.

The delivery estimates provided on our site are not guaranteed delivery times and actual delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Should your parcel arrive later than your event, you may return the items to us, If for whatever reason you do not take delivery of your items or you have entered your address incorrectly and your order is returned to us you will be entitled to a refund (excluding original delivery charges and/or any return charges we have incurred).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you have a minor problem with a product, Party Mart can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund.

Replaced products must be of an identical type to the product originally supplied. Refunds should be the same amount you have already paid, provided in the same form
as your original payment.

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you miss-used a product in any way that caused the problem.

Unfortunately sometimes items that are ordered online may be out of stock. If you order some items that are out of stock, Party Mart will contact you and offer you the most similar substitute or a refund for the out of stock items. If we do not hear back from you after 3 days of the order being placed, we will refund the items that are out of stock and pack and ship out the items that are in stock.
